I’ve just snuck in a bit of holiday over the Easter weekend. A bit of celebrating with Easter and my 35th birthday, which fell on Easter Saturday, so cooking and eating were a big part of the long weekend. Coffee, croissants, cinnamon scrolls, wine, chocolate truffle cake, flourless chocolate and orange cake, chocolate mousse cake, dream cake and curries galore. The most fun was spending time with Joel and the kids and the time went too quickly. I miss the holidays already.
